Questions about a purchase

Vynder only finds listings. Purchases, payments, delivery and returns are handled by the marketplace you bought from, so please contact the seller or the marketplace's own support team.

A search found nothing

Try fewer words, such as just the artist and album title. Sellers often leave out edition details, so a very precise search can miss listings.

The listen button is missing

Listening needs iOS 17 or later and microphone access. Check that Vynder is allowed to use the microphone in your iPhone's Settings.
